Over the weekend of April 3-4, unstable weather conditions are forecast across Uzbekistan. Rain and thunderstorms are expected in several regions of the republic, with possible strong winds. In mountainous and foothill areas, especially in the south, there remains a risk of mudflows and floods, while avalanche danger persists in the mountains.
On Saturday, April 4, rain and thunderstorms are anticipated in Tashkent, Samarkand, Syrdarya, Jizzakh regions, the Fergana Valley, as well as in the foothill and mountainous areas of the southern republic. No precipitation is expected in other areas, with air temperatures ranging from 20-25 degrees Celsius.
On Sunday, short-term rain and possible thunderstorms are forecast in parts of the republic. Wind speeds may increase to 13-18 meters per second in the northern, southern, and desert zones. Mudflow and flood phenomena are possible in foothill and mountainous regions, with avalanche danger remaining in the mountains.
In Tashkent on Saturday, intermittent rain is expected, with possible thunderstorms and wind gusts of up to 10-12 meters per second. Nighttime temperatures will be 15-17 degrees Celsius, while daytime temperatures will reach 19-21 degrees. On Sunday, rain and thunderstorms are likely at night and in the morning, with no precipitation during the day; temperatures will be 13-15 degrees at night and 22-24 degrees during the day.
