Tashkent hosted the traditional 'Inson Uchun' festival, dedicated to social protection, inclusion, and support for vulnerable populations. The event was attended by the country's First Lady, Ziroat Mirziyoyeva.
During the visit, the First Lady reviewed current social projects aimed at supporting families and youth. Special attention was paid to initiatives in inclusive employment. In particular, Mirziyoyeva viewed an exhibition of products made by people with disabilities, highlighting the state's focus on expanding economic opportunities for all citizens.
The 'Inson Uchun' festival has become an important communication platform, uniting efforts of government agencies, businesses, the banking sector, as well as international and public organizations. The event has evolved into a sustainable platform for developing joint solutions in social policy and effectively integrating people with special needs into society.
Earlier, Uzbekistan updated the procedure for providing financial support from the State Employment Assistance Fund. The document expands opportunities for training, stimulates job creation, and strengthens support for people with disabilities.
