Jurabek Khudaybergenov has been appointed as the head of the Agency for Quarantine and Plant Protection in Karakalpakstan. In this position, he will oversee key processes to ensure the phytosanitary well-being of the region, including systematic protection of fields and gardens from the spread of dangerous pests and diseases.
His responsibilities will include monitoring the safety of plant products and the quality of agricultural goods produced in the republic. This personnel decision is aimed at strengthening environmental and agricultural safety control in the region.
Prior to this appointment, Khudaybergenov worked in the executive branch of Tortkul district, serving as deputy hokim for agriculture and water management and head of the district agriculture department. His managerial experience in the agricultural sector covers irrigation, monitoring of sown areas, and implementation of agrotechnical measures.
