A driver of a Matiz car in Tashkent has been identified for systematically violating traffic rules, committing over 900 offenses, the Tashkent City Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement reports.

According to the authorities, the Matiz driver has been grossly and regularly violating traffic rules since April 2024. As a result, 912 administrative fines were issued against him, with total debt exceeding 311 million soums.

The driver reportedly made a habit of disregarding rules while driving, but was in no hurry to pay the fines for the committed violations, the statement says.

The debt accumulated over the years, and the car was put on the wanted list.

As a result of operational search and enforcement actions, the vehicle was found and placed in a impound lot on May 15.
