In the Angor district of Surkhandarya region, officers from the regional Road Safety Department identified and took action against participants of a wedding cortege who staged a dangerous 'show' on the roads.

A video recording of the violations sparked widespread discussion on social media. The investigation revealed that drivers of the cortege violated traffic rules, and passengers leaned out of moving vehicles.

Traffic police found the violators and took legal measures against them. The drivers admitted that their actions contradicted traffic norms and culture, and stated they had drawn appropriate conclusions.
