The Uzhydromet agency has warned that mudslides and floods may occur in the foothill and mountainous regions of the republic on June 2-5 due to expected rainfall.

According to meteorologists, there is a high probability of rainwater accumulation in mountainous areas, which could lead to flooding of territories.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations urges citizens, vacationers, and drivers to take precautionary measures. Drivers traveling on mountain roads are advised to be especially careful.

In some areas of the republic, localized flooding due to rainwater accumulation is possible. Residents and guests are advised to move to safe locations and stay away from rivers and streams.
