Tashkent, Uzbekistan – Podrobno.uz. According to the National Statistics Committee, the volume of healthcare services in Uzbekistan from January to April 2026 amounted to nearly 7.3 trillion soums. This represents a 15.1% increase compared to the same period in 2025.

In the structure of services, medical practice and dental services accounted for 16.8%, hospital services for 20.2%, and other services for the remaining 63%.

The largest volume of services was recorded in Tashkent city – 3.3 trillion soums, significantly higher than other regions. Among provinces, Tashkent region led with 674.3 billion soums, followed by Samarkand (549.2 billion) and Fergana (488.1 billion).

Andijan region reported 329.0 billion soums, Namangan – 323.6 billion, Bukhara – 282.6 billion, Khorezm – 270.0 billion, and Kashkadarya – 263.5 billion.

Surkhandarya region saw 191.2 billion soums, Jizzakh – 172.5 billion, Syrdarya – 134.0 billion, Karakalpakstan – 126.5 billion, and Navoi – 118.4 billion soums.

It is worth recalling that Uzbek authorities aim to improve management and strengthen quality control of medical services.
