A meeting at the Frankfurt am Main Chamber of Commerce and Industry focused on the organized and safe integration of Uzbek citizens into the German labor market. The prolonged visa processing for Uzbek specialists was a key topic.

Participants included Jürgen Ratzinger, Director of International Relations at the Chamber, executives from WISAG, Gulnora Salimova, honorary representative of Uzbekistan's Migration Agency in Germany, and Vice-Consul Bekzod Abdullayev.

The Uzbek side reported on efforts to train personnel according to German labor market requirements, teach German language, and facilitate organized employment.

Both sides noted that lengthy visa procedures are negatively impacting the pace of employment. Chamber representatives proposed measures to address this issue.

WISAG representative Nebojša Biskup praised the qualifications, work discipline, and professional training of Uzbek workers in Germany, expressing interest in expanding cooperation.

An initial agreement was reached to provide German partners with data on Uzbek specialists who have mastered the German language.

Earlier, the Migration Agency urged citizens to use only legal channels for overseas employment. A criminal network producing fake visas and documents for Uzbek nationals was uncovered in Germany.
