The Altynsay District Criminal Court in Surkhandarya region has considered a case against 21-year-old N.J., accused of sexual harassment, reports UzNews.uz correspondent citing the court decision.
According to case materials, the young man harassed a minor, A.F., in the shower, touched her genitals, and left a kiss mark on her chest.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the suspect and the victim were in a romantic relationship. During one meeting, the young man invited her to the shower, where he harassed her. He promised to marry the girl, but after the shower meeting, he stated he would never do so.
The minor reported to the internal affairs authorities that she had sexual intercourse with 21-year-old N.J. However, a forensic medical examination did not confirm the fact of sexual intercourse and found no objective signs indicating its occurrence.
The court, after examining all circumstances, found the accused guilty under Article 41-1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of Uzbekistan and sentenced him to five days of administrative arrest.
