In Tashkent, two more academic buildings of the Nizami National Pedagogical University have been put up for electronic auction. The lots were placed on the E-auction platform by the State Assets Management Agency.

The first property is the building of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, located at 5a, 2nd dead end, Qatortol Street, Chilanzar district. It sits on a 2.24-hectare plot, with a total building area of 6,224 square meters.

The starting price of the lot is 325.86 billion soums. The deposit amount is 9.77 billion soums, or 3% of the property's value. The auction step is 325.86 million soums. Bidding will be conducted in an ascending price format.

According to the terms, the property must be vacated by December 31, 2027. This deadline may be adjusted depending on the readiness of the university's new campuses in Yangi Tashkent.

The buyer is obligated to establish a non-state educational institution on the basis of the property, adhering to urban planning standards, and to maintain this type of activity.

The second property is the building of the Faculty of Philology, located at 105 Shota Rustaveli Street, Yakkasaray district. It has been put up for auction with a starting price of 141.14 billion soums.

For this lot, the deposit amount is 4.23 billion soums, and the auction step is 7.057 billion soums. The property occupies a 0.52-hectare plot. The four-story building has an area of 8,232 square meters.

The buyer is also required to establish a non-state educational institution on this property. The building is planned to be vacated by December 31, 2027, depending on the completion of the university's campus in Yangi Tashkent.

Both properties are connected to utility systems. Auctions for the lots are scheduled to begin on July 20.

Earlier, a complex of buildings of this pedagogical university in the Chilanzar district (near the Chilanzar metro station) was put up for sale with a starting price of 886.6 billion soums.
