In the Khorezm region, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations saved a person who was trapped under a pile of soil during construction work.

The incident occurred on June 28 around 12:10 p.m. on Al-Khorezmi Street in Urgench. During construction, one of the workers was buried under earth.

Rescuers who arrived at the scene used special equipment to extract the man from the debris. He was given first aid and handed over to medics. Currently, the victim's condition is assessed as good.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminded that strict adherence to safety requirements is necessary during construction and excavation work. Special attention should be paid to protective measures in areas where there is a risk of soil collapse, as this is one of the key conditions for preserving people's lives and health.

Earlier, rescuers pulled a five-year-old child from a deep pit. The incident occurred on the territory of a private household in the Yukorichirchik district of the Tashkent region.
