NRG-BI company has handed over the keys to the second phase of the MEROS Comfort 2 residential complex in Tashkent's Mirabad district. The project was completed four months ahead of the planned deadline.

The first phase, MEROS Comfort 1, was delivered on time. The company claims this demonstrates stability and high organization of construction processes.

The Comfort+ and Business class complex features a secure courtyard, underground parking, designer lobbies, relaxation areas, a gastronomic street, Face ID technology, and keyless entry.

The next phase will be business class, including a neighbor center, kids' room, and quiet relaxation zones. The gastronomic street will host cafes, restaurants, shops, and services.

The key ceremony was held in Moroccan style, creating a festive atmosphere for new residents.
