In the Andijan region, an instructor from the Vatanparvar training center was detained for promising a citizen to restore their driver's license in exchange for $1,850.

According to the press service of the Department under the Prosecutor General's Office, the suspect worked at the Shakhrikhan educational and sports technical center. He allegedly promised the citizen, who had been stripped of their license, to return it through acquaintances in high positions.

The instructor was apprehended while receiving the money. A criminal case has been opened on charges of fraud and bribery. Investigative actions are ongoing.

Earlier, a case of fraud involving promises of assistance in obtaining driver's licenses was reported. A repeat offender deceived several citizens by promising to resolve the issue through contacts in law enforcement agencies.
