Following the talks, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze signed a Declaration on establishing strategic partnership relations.

In the presence of the heads of delegations, an exchange of several bilateral documents took place. These include: an Agreement on cooperation and administrative assistance in customs matters; an Agreement on cooperation in information and communication technologies and digitalization; an Agreement on cooperation in vocational and higher education, science and innovation.

A cooperation program between the governments for 2026-2027; a cooperation program between the ministries of culture for 2027-2030; a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Finance of Georgia.

A Memorandum on cooperation in implementing the electronic permit exchange information system “E-Permit”; a Memorandum of Understanding in agriculture; a Memorandum on cooperation in environmental protection; a Memorandum of Understanding in healthcare; a Memorandum on cooperation and information exchange on radiation protection and nuclear safety; a Memorandum of Understanding on labor migration; a Memorandum on cooperation in tourism.

During the visit, a Memorandum of Cooperation was also signed between the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement under the General Prosecutor's Office of Uzbekistan and the National Enforcement Bureau under the Ministry of Justice of Georgia.
