In the conditions of abnormal heat in Tashkent, work on watering streets and green areas has been intensified, reports the press service of the capital's hokimiyat.

It is noted that watering of central and main city streets is carried out according to a set schedule using special equipment. At the same time, watering of lawns, trees and other green areas has been intensified.

The work is carried out by the Tashkent hokimiyat together with the Main Department of City Improvement, the Specialized Department for Repair and Maintenance of Special Irrigation Equipment, and the Department for Improvement and Greening of Streets.

It is also reported that in the near future, continuous operation of city fountains will be ensured in the capital. The hokimiyat noted that these measures will create more comfortable conditions for residents and guests of the city during the period of abnormal heat.
