Manfred Huterer, who represented Germany's interests in Uzbekistan, is concluding his diplomatic mission. This was announced on the Telegram channel of Uzbekistan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Bakhtiyor Saidov.
The minister held a farewell meeting with Manfred Huterer, during which he noted the ambassador's contribution to the development of bilateral relations.
"During his tenure as ambassador to Uzbekistan, high-level meetings were successfully organized, close dialogue between the foreign ministries of the two countries was strengthened, and multifaceted partnership reached a qualitatively new level," the minister's statement said.
Manfred Huterer had served as Germany's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Uzbekistan since July 2024.
