Eighteen citizens of Uzbekistan, deported from the United States for violating immigration laws, have arrived at Tashkent International Airport on a special charter flight.
According to the Dunyo news agency, the return of the compatriots was the result of close cooperation and coordinated actions between the competent authorities of Uzbekistan and the US. During the process, all necessary measures were taken to establish the identity of the citizens, issue travel documents, resolve organizational and legal issues, and ensure their safe return.
Uzbekistan continues to develop cooperation with foreign states in the field of migration, carrying out systematic work to prevent illegal migration, protect the rights and legitimate interests of its citizens abroad, and ensure their safe return when necessary.
