According to the State Tax Committee, as of January-August this year, 242 taxi aggregators have been integrated with the tax authorities' information systems.

During this period, 329 million trips were made through aggregators. The turnover from taxi services exceeded 7.2 trillion soums.

Of this amount, 4.5 trillion soums (63.1%) was paid in cash, while the remaining 2.6 trillion soums (36.9%) was non-cash. The average receipt value was 21,785.5 soums.

Passenger transportation through aggregators is carried out by 481,100 self-employed drivers, including 4,107 women.

Over 7,900 drivers (1.6%) earned more than 100 million soums per year. Income distribution is as follows: 50-100 million soums — 31,500 drivers; 10-50 million — 124,400; 5-10 million — 59,900; 1-5 million — 123,600; up to 1 million — 133,700 drivers (the largest share, 27.8%).

The most popular cars among taxi drivers are Cobalt (27%), Nexia (19.3%), and Lacetti (16.1%). Electric vehicles account for 2.5%.

By vehicle age, 16.3% were manufactured 1-3 years ago, 37.1% — 3-5 years ago, 17.3% — 5-10 years ago, and 29.2% are over 10 years old.

In January-August 2026, taxi aggregators paid 149.2 billion soums in taxes, including 46.8 billion soums in VAT.

For comparison, in 2025, 479 million trips were made through aggregators in Uzbekistan. Over 15,500 drivers earned more than 100 million soums, while nearly 160,000 drivers earned less than 1 million soums, also constituting the majority.
