A unified management system for student campuses will be introduced in Tashkent's Almazar district, covering education, daily life, employment, and youth safety. The matter was discussed at a meeting on the city's socio-economic development chaired by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

The Almazar district hosts 75,000 students simultaneously. Therefore, staff positions for specialists responsible for education, upbringing, employment, social security, and support for female students will be created within the khokimiyat of the "Yoshlik" student campus.

The district has 41 dormitories of 7 universities, housing about 18,000 young people. To improve their living conditions, beautify adjacent areas, create green zones, open book cafes, and regularly hold cultural events, a separate Directorate is being formed.

The meeting also highlighted the effective work of the Situation Center at the student campus, which provides online monitoring of attendance and entry/exit from university and dormitory buildings.

By the end of the year, this online monitoring system is planned to be extended to other districts of Tashkent, and next year — to be implemented in all higher education institutions of the country. Recall that earlier Shavkat Mirziyoyev got acquainted with the activities of the situation center created at the khokimiyat of the "Yoshlik" student campus in Almazar district of the capital.
