On the morning of September 15, a fire broke out at an oil product storage depot in the Karakul district of Bukhara region. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES), three people sustained injuries as a result of the incident.

According to MES, at 10:30 a report was received via the "112" system about a fire in one of the tanks (reservoirs) at an oil depot located in the Chulkuvar mahalla. 14 fire and rescue units were dispatched to the scene.

Thanks to the measures taken, the fire was completely extinguished at 11:18. According to preliminary data, one fuel reservoir was damaged by fire.

As a result of the fire, three citizens received burn injuries of varying degrees and were hospitalized in the Karakul district medical association. Currently, the causes of the fire and the amount of material damage are being determined.

The leadership of the regional Emergency Situations Department, the Internal Affairs Department, the State Security Service, and employees of cooperating services arrived at the scene.
