Information has widely circulated across social media regarding a medical emergency aboard an aircraft en route from Tashkent to Seoul, where a female passenger allegedly fell into a severe shock state mid-flight. Such incidents at high altitudes typically create chaos and panic, requiring immediate and expert intervention to avert potential catastrophe.

According to statements from the Ministry of Health, the physician who intervened was Khasan Kamilov, an experienced otorhinolaryngologist and head of a private clinic based in Samarkand. He is reportedly an applicant at the Tashkent State Medical University and is currently undergoing professional development training at Chonbuk National University in Korea.

Kamilov recounted that the passenger's condition deteriorated abruptly during the flight, leaving her in a critical shock state characterized by a sharp drop in body temperature and noticeable cyanosis of the skin, indicating a severe circulatory failure that demanded instant action.

The doctor administered necessary aid utilizing emergency medical supplies he routinely carries with him, supplemented by an oxygen mask and medical equipment provided by the Uzbekistan Airways flight crew. As a result of these coordinated efforts, the woman's condition was successfully stabilized, rendering an emergency landing unnecessary.

Reflecting on the incident, Kamilov reportedly stated, "This is not heroism, but our medical duty and part of our daily difficult work," downplaying the significance of his life-saving actions.
