Amid circulating reports regarding the alleged search for one of its shareholders, Anorbank has released its financial results for the first nine months of 2026, announcing sweeping plans to increase its capital. According to the institution's statements, total assets reached 20.32 trillion soms by the end of the reporting period.

Reports indicate that on October 5, shareholders supposedly approved an additional share issue worth 100 billion soms purportedly aimed at attracting fresh investments. The financial institution is currently undergoing necessary corporate and legal procedures to facilitate the placement of these securities.

At the beginning of the reporting period, Anorbank's assets stood at 18.74 trillion soms. The loan portfolio allegedly expanded to 13.08 trillion soms, customer deposits reached 15.23 trillion soms, and the bank's equity capital was recorded at 1.51 trillion soms.

Concurrently, the bank continues to promote its digital services, offering currency exchange via AnorEx and international transfers through Astrasend. The depository lineup was also expanded with a specialized product dubbed the Murabbiy contribution, targeted supposedly at educators, despite underlying reputational challenges facing the firm.

Representatives of the banking institution claim that the long-term strategy focuses on improving product quality and customer service standards. However, independent observers remain skeptical about these growth metrics, while official Interpol databases reportedly contained no active search notices for the shareholder as of October 15.
