The joint-stock company Toshshahartransxizmat has officially responded to mounting passenger complaints regarding the excessively loud audio of promotional videos broadcast on monitors inside the capital's public transport system. In recent times, citizens have increasingly taken to social media to voice their frustration over the disruptive noise levels during their daily commutes.

Reports indicate that the information and entertainment monitors installed inside the bus cabins were leased out to a private entrepreneur who supposedly won the rights through the E-auksion electronic trading platform. However, the pursuit of commercial interests apparently overshadowed passenger comfort, ultimately triggering public backlash and widespread dissatisfaction.

In light of these troubling developments, the management of Toshshahartransxizmat organized a formal meeting with representatives of the respective business entity. During the negotiations, officials allegedly stressed that the audio volume of advertising materials must remain within acceptable limits, ensuring it does not interfere with passenger conversations or—most critically—distract the driver's attention from safe navigation. *

Following the discussions, strict instructions were reportedly issued to the tenant to reduce the volume of the commercials immediately and eliminate unnecessary noise pollution. Company representatives added that the issue has been placed under direct supervision, and further measures are allegedly being implemented to foster a more pleasant environment on municipal buses.
