Wendy’s Uzbekistan has reportedly hosted a special press tour for media representatives and bloggers as part of its ongoing "Open House Day" initiative. The event was supposedly designed to give outsiders a rare glimpse into the behind-the-scenes operations of the fast-food establishment. According to company statements, visitors rarely consider the complex processes involved in food preparation, storage, and sanitation. During the tour, participants were shown the strict zoning of storage and cooking areas, which management claims is essential to prevent cross-contamination and maintain sanitary standards.

Attendees were also introduced to modern kitchen equipment and raw material requirements. Shokhrukh Jalilov, the general director of Wendy’s Uzbekistan, allegedly stated that the company strictly adheres to international standards and aims to win consumer trust through complete transparency rather than mere advertising.

Company representatives announced that such kitchen tours are held regularly every Monday for anyone interested, requiring prior registration via social media. However, skeptics often view such corporate PR events with caution, noting that public-facing displays may not always fully reflect everyday operational realities.
