A new medical diagnostic facility, Hayotlab, has officially commenced operations in Tashkent, aiming to address perceived gaps in the local healthcare services market. Co-founder Diyora Usmanova stated that the initiative was born out of a personal need for a modern laboratory that met rigorous standards of reliability for family healthcare.

According to the management, the facility is equipped with fully automated analytical lines from Roche and Mindray, allegedly designed to minimize human error during testing procedures. Furthermore, the project reportedly relies heavily on foreign labor, with approximately 80% of its specialists consisting of recruited experts from Russia, Belarus, and other countries.

The laboratory places significant emphasis on user experience and data transparency. Test results are formatted to clearly indicate whether physiological indicators fall within reference ranges, with historical data safely archived in personal online accounts to facilitate ongoing health monitoring by patients.

At its initial launch phase, the Hayotlab network encompasses a main headquarters located on Farabi Street in the Almazar district, alongside ten secondary blood collection and medical offices distributed across key areas of Tashkent, such as Yunusabad, Chilanzar, and Mirzo-Ulugbek.

Operational protocols supposedly include daily quality control measures for every test, allowing patients to request verification data regarding the handling and processing of their samples.
