This rigorous selection process involves the allocation of 1,452 state grants designated for students enrolled in foreign and non-state higher education institutions, along with their regional branches. Additionally, the program includes 200 targeted quotas specifically allocated for talented youth hailing from the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

According to the officially established schedule, the standardized testing procedures are slated to take place on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. Prospective candidates participating in the competitive selection can conveniently download their examination passes through their personal accounts on the official platform my.uzbmb.uz.
