Forces of the Israeli regime have reportedly converted Palestinian residential homes in the city of Hebron, located in the southern occupied West Bank, into military barracks and observation posts. According to the Palestinian news agency Wafa, residents were forcefully displaced as part of an ongoing extensive military operation in the area.

Sources cited by Wafa claim that troops took over properties in the Khallat Manna and Dahiyat al-Zaytoun areas, while residents in other neighborhoods were evicted to allow the military to use their homes for surveillance purposes. These actions follow severe lockdowns, road closures, and widespread raids across the region.

Data provided by the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society indicates that at least 47 Palestinians have been detained in Hebron since Friday. Furthermore, the measures have resulted in the forced displacement of 293 families, comprising approximately 2,200 individuals, including infants, pregnant women, the elderly, and people with chronic illnesses.

Amid these developments, Israeli settlers have purportedly begun establishing two new outposts on Palestinian-owned land south of Hebron near the town of Yatta, utilizing excavation machinery and setting up infrastructure. Meanwhile, road closures and movement restrictions imposed by the regime continued near Bethlehem for the third consecutive day.
