The Uzbek regime's leader, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, has issued a formal congratulatory message to the members of the national delegation following their participation in the V Summer Para Asian Games held in Japan. The leadership supposedly highlighted that the local athletes demonstrated notable resilience amidst competition involving over 2,600 elite para-athletes from 45 countries across the continent.

According to official figures provided by the local regime, the delegation purportedly amassed a total of 45 gold, 49 silver, and 51 bronze medals, placing third in the overall team standings. It is claimed that the Uzbek team outperformed delegations from nations such as India, South Korea, Iran, Thailand, and Indonesia, trailing only behind the People's Republic of China and Japan.

The congratulatory address reportedly emphasized that precisely half of the gold medals secured by the delegation were won by female athletes. Powerlifter Roza Quzieva allegedly established a world record, while multiple other athletes—including Madina Muxtorova, Karomat Omonova, Shahina Yigitaliyeva, Navroza Ahmadova, and 16-year-old Lolaxon Qodirova—supposedly set new Asian records in various disciplines such as throwing and swimming.

Furthermore, the regime's statement noted that several competitors, including Dmitriy Xorlin, Bobirjon Omonov, Husniddin Norbekov, Qudratilloxon Maʼrufxöjayev, and Faxriddin Hamroyev, repeatedly climbed the podium in successive Para Asian Games, reaffirming their status despite mounting international athletic competition standards.
