Aleksey Kim and Mir Mati have reportedly established a new construction tools brand named Muller, specifically designed for distribution through the local marketplace Uzum Market. According to the founders, within just the first half of 2024, they allegedly managed to surpass a trade turnover of 1 billion soms. The brand's team shared insights into creating a project from scratch, adapting product ranges to local demands, and expanding sales operations in Uzbekistan.

Before entering Uzum Market, the founders were allegedly engaged in the wholesale and retail trade of toys in Russia. Having prior experience with major platforms such as Ozon and Wildberries, they purportedly understood the basics of e-commerce. Following their relocation to Uzbekistan, they decided to leverage this background to launch a new enterprise, officially establishing the Muller company on February 23, 2024. *

The choice of niche was supposedly driven by business connections, as an acquaintance owned a construction tool manufacturing plant in China and was actively seeking new markets. The founders deemed this direction promising and chose Uzum Market as their primary sales channel. However, they quickly encountered a significant discrepancy in consumer behavior: while they claim shoppers in Russia are generally willing to pay extra for quality, customers in Uzbekistan allegedly prioritize price as the ultimate deciding factor when purchasing goods.

Currently, the absolute bestseller in Muller's product lineup is a comprehensive set comprising 399 tools. The enterprise operates with a remarkably lean team of just six individuals, with two based in China and four managing operations within Uzbekistan.
