Authorities in Tashkent's Almazar district have reportedly initiated the development of a brand-new public recreation area along Keles Yuli Street, centered around a newly excavated artificial lake. The initiative is claimed to address ongoing ecological challenges and provide residents with enhanced leisure spaces.

District administration officials have publicly promised that all established mature trees within the designated construction zone will remain untouched. Furthermore, they assert that certain smaller trees will be carefully relocated to alternative plots under the supervision of environmental specialists to ensure their survival.

Proponents of the scheme suggest that the completed project will transform the urban landscape into a modern, green oasis for local communities. In a related development, municipal planners have also announced plans for another artificial lake project in Tashkent's Uchtepa district.
