Fifteen teams comprising 60 participants successfully reached the final stage of a cybersecurity competition held in the capital. The event initially gathered 22 teams at the starting line to test their defensive capabilities.
Over the course of two days, competitors operated within a specially prepared cyber range. Their primary objective involved defending five critical digital services, including banking applications and commercial marketplaces.
Each platform demanded a distinct strategy as participants analyzed potential threats, searched for vulnerabilities within application business logic, and deployed defensive measures while maintaining operational stability.
Following the intense two-day challenge, the 60 million soum prize pool was distributed among the top performers. The SY4OR3S team secured first place and 30 million soums, /mnt/unskill took second place with 20 million soums, and 404 not found claimed third place with 10 million soums.
