During a high-level meeting dedicated to labor migration priorities, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev emphasized that safeguarding the rights and interests of citizens working abroad remains a fundamental duty of the state. The leadership praised the dedication of citizens who toil overseas to secure a prosperous future for their families.

As part of the newly introduced support framework, Uzbek nationals encountering difficulties abroad will allegedly be able to seek assistance by submitting messages through the 'Online Makhalla' platform. Officials claim this digital channel will streamline the process of addressing grievances and coordinating emergency responses. * * *-

Reports indicate that in critical situations, Uzbek ambassadors will supposedly visit citizens in person to advocate for their rights and help resolve emerging disputes. The administration reiterated that no citizen abroad should be left to cope with their challenges entirely alone.

Furthermore, regional governors have been assigned the responsibility of ensuring proper living conditions for the families and parents of migrant workers remaining within the country. Authorities stressed that children of these workers must be guaranteed access to quality education and comprehensive social support.
