A horrific violent crime in the Payaryk district of the Samarkand region has sparked widespread public concern regarding local security and rising aggression. A group of individuals allegedly ambushed a 32-year-old local resident, brutally beating him over the head with metal reinforcement bars before forcibly abducting him in a Spark vehicle.

According to eyewitness accounts, the victim was walking home from a local eatery with a friend when their path was abruptly blocked by the attackers. The assailants reportedly launched an immediate and coordinated assault with metal bars. When the friend attempted to intervene and disarm the attackers, he was similarly targeted with large stones, while the primary victim was left bleeding and unresponsive on the asphalt before being shoved into the car.

The victim's brother later located him in a remote, uninhabited area approximately three kilometers from the community center. According to his harrowing testimony, the attackers had attempted to bury the victim alive; when the man reportedly regained consciousness due to lack of air, the perpetrators allegedly strangled him with wire and inflicted further fatal trauma using concrete blocks and metal bars. The victim spent 28 days in a coma before ultimately succumbing to his severe injuries.

Law enforcement authorities have initiated an investigation into the incident to apprehend all responsible parties and clarify the situation. However, the underlying motives and specific catalysts behind such extreme brutality remain undisclosed at this time, leaving local communities shaken by the escalation of violence.
