The Minister of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan, Lieutenant General Aziz Tashpulatov, conducted another extensive personal reception for citizens. Traditionally held on the final Sunday of the month, this session took place on a Saturday at the JAR sports and recreation complex, stretching from morning until late evening. The event highlighted ongoing public frustrations regarding bureaucratic hurdles, protracted investigative processes, and unresolved property disputes across the country.

According to the Ministry's official data, a total of 481 appeals were registered during the reception, with 236—or 49 percent—resolved on the spot. The remaining 245 cases, which require further investigation and legal review, were placed under strict control and forwarded to relevant departmental services. Additionally, regional internal affairs chiefs reviewed 199 appeals locally, successfully resolving 37 percent of them. Coming from various regions, numerous attendees voiced sharp criticisms regarding the handling of their cases by local investigators and law enforcement officers. Citizens highlighted issues ranging from unfulfilled construction contracts and alleged document falsification to procedural stagnation and psychological pressure from investigators. Many participants turned to the minister's office in a desperate bid to bypass local bureaucratic deadlocks and secure fair legal evaluations.
