️ Employees of the Eriell company have appealed to Kun.uz, complaining that they have not received their salaries for 8 months since May 2025. In their appeal, the workers highlighted that wages for June, July, August, September, October, November, December 2025, and January 2026 remain unpaid.

️ The employees stated in their appeal: “When we demand our salaries, we are threatened with dismissal; during meetings, our phones are confiscated, and we are not allowed to record videos. When we try to contact responsible authorities, we are passed around. No one gives a concrete answer. Many of us face severe financial difficulties at home. There are loans, and penalties are accruing. We have children, but often there is no money to buy meat. We are only asking for our honestly earned money.”

️ Eriell’s press service, in response to a request from Kun.uz, did not deny the existence of salary delay issues. In an official comment, it said: “Payment of salaries to company employees is being carried out. Currently, the process is ongoing, and the existing debt will be gradually repaid in the near future. The company is taking all necessary measures to stabilize the situation and fulfill obligations to employees. We particularly emphasize that the company does not apply any pressure measures to employees and is interested in open and constructive dialogue with the team.”

️ Overall, salary delay problems regularly occur at Eriell and its affiliated company Enter Engineering. These firms belong to Uzbek entrepreneur Bakhtiyor Fazilov, and recently, questions surrounding enterprises directly or indirectly linked to him have been increasing.

️ Furthermore, on September 1, 2024, an accident occurred at the “25 Years of Independence” gas field in Boysun district, Surkhandarya region, resulting in a hydrogen sulfide leak. Hundreds of people were forced to leave their homes and relocate elsewhere. After the explosions, the fate of projects to develop the field and build a gas-chemical complex nearby remains uncertain. The project involved the government of Uzbekistan, companies of Russian businessman Andrey Filatov, and Bakhtiyor Fazilov as investors. Contracting work was assigned to Fazilov’s companies Eriell and Enter Engineering. To date, these two companies and the project operator registered in Hong Kong have not commented on the technogenic disaster at the field.

️ The “Boqiy Bukhoro” tourist center project in Bukhara has also faced issues. Two years ago, construction began on a 33-hectare site in the center, but large-scale demolition work started by Enter Engineering in early 2024 soon stalled. Officials claimed the $470 million project would be built “using investor funds,” but later sources linked the construction halt to financial problems of the chosen “investor.” In the summer of last year, legal proceedings began in Tashkent between state organizations and Enter Engineering over debts for electricity and water, and numerous complaints were heard about Enter Engineering failing to pay employee salaries.

️ Additionally, the “Humo” hockey club, overseen by Bakhtiyor Fazilov as head of the Uzbekistan Hockey Federation, has encountered economic difficulties. Belarusian forward Danila Karaban stated in an interview that hockey players were not paid salaries from January to April 2025.
