Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) issued a stark warning to the United States, threatening to expand any future conflict beyond the Middle East if Washington launches another attack on the country.

In a statement, the IRGC said: "If aggression against Iran is repeated, this time the promised regional war will spread beyond the region." The corps added that it has not yet used all its capabilities against the US and Israel, and threatened to strike places that Washington "cannot even imagine."

The warning came after US President Donald Trump claimed he was within an hour of ordering new strikes on Iran. Trump earlier stated that leaders of Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE asked him to cancel planned strikes on May 19, citing "serious negotiations." He threatened to resume attacks if no deal is reached.
