Authorities in Monaco have issued an Interpol Red Notice and arrest warrant for a Ukrainian woman suspected of carrying out a parcel bombing that wounded a Ukrainian-born businessman and two others, including a 13-year-old boy.
The suspect is identified as Anastasiia Berezovska, 39, a Ukrainian national. She faces charges of attempted murder, placing an explosive device in a public place with criminal intent, and criminal conspiracy.
The Red Notice notes that Berezovska may have been disguised as a man at the time of the crime, based on CCTV footage. She has dark hair, a snake tattoo on her right arm, and speaks German.
Monaco prosecutor Stephane Thibault said the suspect was identified through effective international police and judicial cooperation. Unconfirmed reports suggest she has been spotted in Germany.
The blast occurred Monday night at a residential building in Monaco. The apparent target, Vadym Yermolaiev, was sanctioned by the Kyiv regime in 2023 for allegedly continuing business activities in Russian-annexed Crimea.
