Ukraine's allies are gathering in Paris for talks on continued military support for Kyiv, while the EU's top diplomat stated that there is no consensus yet on further sanctions against Russia.
European Union foreign ministers are meeting in Brussels to discuss Russia's ongoing invasion of Ukraine. EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said that agreement on the 21st sanctions package has not been reached. "We are hoping to get 250 listings agreed... this is the biggest number of listings we have done so far," she said.
The "Coalition of the Willing," Western allies supporting Ukraine, is meeting in Paris. The summit, launched by France and the United Kingdom, aims to push for a ceasefire and renewed peace talks. At least 25 heads of state are attending, including Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Russia's Defense Ministry claimed that 342 Ukrainian drones were shot down overnight across several regions. Local authorities reported three people killed when a drone crashed in the village of Pionersky near Moscow. Governor Vorobyov said fires broke out in five private homes.
