The government of Uzbekistan has revised the procedures for inclusion in the "Youth Notebook" program and receiving support.

Citizens aged 14 to 30 can now be included if they:

  • Belong to families registered in the Social Registry;
  • Have a per capita family income below two minimum consumer expenditures.

Applications can be submitted through the Public Services Center, the my.gov.uz portal, or the Unified Electronic Youth Platform.

Assistance from the "Youth Notebook" fund is provided under a social contract outlining support conditions. Compliance is assessed monthly using a 100-point system.

Additionally, each December, up to a thousand young people who have excelled in meeting contract conditions for at least six months will receive a cash bonus equivalent to three BRV.

Previously, deputies highlighted issues in the distribution of "Youth Notebook" fund resources and submitted an inquiry to the Youth Affairs Agency.
