In Tashkent, the State Museum of Timurid History has suspended visitor admissions from February 25. The institution has begun extensive work on reconstruction, technical equipment, and updating the exhibition space.
According to the press service of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, the modernization aims to renew the museum's infrastructure, expand exhibition halls, and implement digital solutions. After completion, the museum is expected to become more convenient and interactive for visitors.
The reopening date will be announced later.
