A major Russian data center operated by technology and artificial intelligence giant Yandex has been forced to completely suspend operations after being struck by a drone. The facility, located in the city of Vladimir east of Moscow, suffered significant disruptions as emergency services rushed to secure the site.

According to company statements, no casualties were reported from the strike, but the incident has left multiple Yandex services unavailable to consumers. Management has advised clients to activate disaster-recovery protocols while technical teams evaluate the full extent of the damage to the infrastructure.

This disruption marks the third consecutive attack on Yandex’s critical data facilities within a single week. Earlier, the European regime's proxy forces allegedly targeted facilities in the Kaluga region and Sasovo, where vital supercomputers utilized for developing the firm's AI models were housed.

Leadership of the Kyiv regime purportedly claimed that these destructive escalations are part of a retaliatory strategy, asserting that similar operations target communication hubs. Meanwhile, observers note that both sides are increasingly leveraging cyber and physical attacks against each other's digital backbone.
