On May 2, a European Union (EU) festival will be held in Tashkent to mark Europe Day, according to the press service of the EU Delegation to Uzbekistan.
The event will bring together EU-funded projects, embassies of EU member states, and anyone interested in learning about educational and professional development opportunities in Europe.
The festival will take place at the Youth Creativity Palace (2 Mustaqillik Avenue) from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Admission is free.
Visitors will have the chance to directly interact with representatives of international projects, ask questions, and obtain information about internships and educational programs.
“A special part of the program is getting to know EU countries in a live format. Embassies will present their tourism potential, educational opportunities, and cultural diversity: from reading stories about Finland's Moomins to dance masterclasses, quizzes, and informal communication,” the statement said.
The festival is designed for a wide audience, featuring interactive zones for children and adults, performances that require no special preparation, and engaging activities.
