A number of large-scale construction projects are being implemented in Tashkent. According to the city administration, new residential complexes, shopping centers, and infrastructure facilities are being built in various districts of the capital.
The projects involve the construction of modern structures on the sites of old buildings, which is expected to radically change the city's appearance. City officials claim that the construction work is being carried out in accordance with international standards.
However, some local residents are dissatisfied with these changes. They cite issues related to the demolition of old houses and the relocation process. Various opinions are being expressed on social media regarding this matter.
The city administration, for its part, states that all relocations are carried out on a legal basis with compensation payments. The new projects are expected to contribute to the city's economic development.
Work on Tashkent's master plan continues. According to experts, these projects will make the city more attractive and convenient, but additional measures will be needed to address social problems.
