According to the press service of Tashkent Metro, on May 2 at approximately 21:35, a female passenger accidentally fell onto the railway tracks at the Gafur Gulom station.

As train No. 40 was approaching the platform, the driver acted quickly and decisively, bringing the train to an immediate halt while fully complying with safety protocols.

Preliminary reports indicate that the woman did not sustain serious injuries. Emergency medical personnel arrived at the scene and took her for a medical examination.

Metro authorities stated that the incident did not affect the train schedule, and all trains continued operating according to the timetable.
