The bodies of two Uzbek citizens who died in Poland have been repatriated to their homeland, according to the Dunyo news agency. The repatriation process was coordinated by the Uzbek Embassy in Poland together with Polish government authorities.

According to reports, on August 24, a citizen identified as J.Kh. fell from a height in the city of Olsztyn, sustaining a severe traumatic brain injury that led to death. His body was returned to Uzbekistan on September 5. Official investigations into the incident are ongoing.

Separately, on September 5, a citizen identified as T.E. died in the city of Szczecin. According to official information, the cause of death was tetanus. The body was transported to Tashkent on September 20. This case is also being monitored by the embassy.

In both instances, the Uzbek Embassy in Poland, in cooperation with Polish state bodies, coordinated the process of returning the bodies to their homeland. All expenses related to the transportation were covered by the Migration Fund. This serves as another example of state support for citizens facing difficult circumstances abroad.

Earlier, the body of an Uzbek citizen who died in Istanbul from poisoning by a pharmaceutical substance was also repatriated. Such cases highlight the ongoing importance of ensuring the safety and rights of Uzbeks living abroad.
