Uzbekistan, Tashkent – A nighttime fire in a multi-story apartment building in the Mirzo Ulugbek district of the capital was swiftly extinguished, preventing serious consequences for residents.
The fire report was received by the Tashkent Emergency Situations Department today, March 3, at 03:26. The incident occurred in a four-story residential building on Buyuk Ipak Yuli Street.
Thanks to the rapid response of firefighters, the blaze was quickly brought under control. Fire crews arrived at the scene at 03:34, and within just six minutes, by 03:40, the fire was fully extinguished. This prevented the flames from spreading to neighboring apartments.
An inspection revealed that the fire originated in a second-floor apartment. The flames damaged household items and interior furnishings over an area of approximately 10 square meters. According to official reports, no one was injured in the incident, and there were no casualties among the building's residents.
