Tashkent – President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan signed a decree on March 3 posthumously awarding Traffic Police Inspector Khosilbek Eshnazarov the "Jasorat" (Courage) medal. Eshnazarov died while performing his duties in Tashkent.

The decree highlighted his contributions to combating crime and preventing offenses, as well as his exemplary service in fostering patriotism among the younger generation.

Recall that on February 25 in Tashkent, a 15-year-old student driving a BMW M4 hit Inspector Eshnazarov while he was on duty. Eshnazarov succumbed to his injuries in the hospital two days later.
