The incident provoked outrage among neighbors, but instead of admitting fault, the father entered into an open conflict with those around him, leading to intervention by law enforcement authorities.

According to the information service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the violator's car was immediately impounded at a penalty parking lot. Strict administrative measures were applied against the father of the family—a court sentenced him to 5 days of arrest. The incident has sparked broad public resonance, reigniting questions about parental responsibility for upbringing and the unacceptability of such recreational activities on public roads.

It is noted that encouraging driving among children not only violates the law but also poses a direct threat to the lives of neighborhood residents. This case echoes a recent severe incident: on February 25, a 10th-grade student, driving a BMW M4 without a license or driving experience, hit a traffic police inspector performing official duties. Two days later, the inspector died in the hospital, and a memorial plaque was unveiled in the capital's Main Internal Affairs Directorate in honor of the junior sergeant.

These events highlight the need for strengthened parental accountability in teaching children to adhere to traffic rules and prevent dangerous actions. Law enforcement agencies state they will continue to combat such cases, emphasizing the societal costs of negligence in road safety.
