The government of Uzbekistan has put forward a draft resolution for public discussion, proposing to cover 25% of the initial down payment on mortgages for medical and pharmaceutical workers with at least 15 years of service. The document is available on the Portal for Discussion of Draft Regulatory Legal Acts.
According to the proposal, applicants must simultaneously confirm their current employment at a state medical institution and the required length of service. Applications can be submitted through state service centers or electronically, with only one application permitted per quarter.
Selection will be conducted quarterly on the last working day at 16:00 using a random sampling method, involving only eligible applications. A total of 125 winners are planned to be determined using the random.org platform with the participation of a commission under the Ministry of Health. The selection process will be broadcast online via the ministry's official social media pages, and recordings will be archived.
Winners must provide copies of the mortgage contract and identity documents through the electronic system within six months. If documents are not submitted or the contract is not concluded, the application will be annulled and payments suspended. Public discussion of the draft will continue until April 9.
