Uzbekistan, Tashkent – AN Podrobno.uz. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, during the second day of his visit to Fergana region, inspected the new Farg‘ona Expo international exhibition center and the Investor Service Center.

The new venue, covering five hectares, was created as a unified ecosystem to promote the region's economic potential. The project focuses on combining exhibition space with office infrastructure: in the eight-story building, the lower floors house trade support organizations, while the upper floors are dedicated to modern business offices. This allows more than 200 enterprises not only to showcase products across 15 industry sectors but also to coordinate export and investment processes on-site.

While reviewing exhibitions of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and pharmaceuticals, the head of state paid special attention to direct communication between producers and investors. A presentation of strategic regional development projects was also held there. Emphasizing the effectiveness of this approach, the president instructed to scale up the Fergana experience by introducing similar communication platforms in Tashkent, as well as in Bukhara, Jizzakh, and Samarkand regions.
